The Flowers+Gifts flower shop and delivery service was started in September 2003 by Sherri Rao and her husband from Denmark, Anders Baadsgaard Pedersen.

Like most people we love flowers. They have the magic power to make people feel better, but as the traffic in Beijing & Shanghai is getting worse and people getting busier it's no longer so convenient to buy them from a flower market - also my husband is from Denmark, and whenever we go shopping for flowers the price double.

We had this idea to open our internet shop (www.flowers2u.com.cn) aimed to give convenience and a a hustle free, time saving and quality guaranteed way to buy flowers - and now we have a flower stand in one of the biggest flower markets in Beijing & Shanghai, and this website.

The internet shop has much more choice than any flower shop. On your computer screen you can actually choose from more than 500 products.
And our flowers are much fresher the any conventional shop. The conventional shops have to sell what they have in their shop (some times they are many days old already), but mostly we buy the flowers upon receiving your order, and thus we can guarantee the freshest flowers. Even if you order for same day delivery we choose the freshest flowers from the whole maket with more than 20 flowers stands (that is why we set our shop in one of the biggest flowers markets). We are confident that our flowers can last for one week.

Our internet shop has very good prices, are not more expensive than those of a conventional flower shop, and many times less expensive than other internet shops.In fact we are proud to be the Only internet flowers shop with reasonable prices.
